Below are the rate and availability schedules for Arbor House and the Stork's Nest along with the necessary information for making your reservation. Weeks that are shaded gray have already been booked for this season. Both houses are entirely non-smoking. Pets may be permitted, at our discretion, by prior arrangement and with payment of a pet fee.

Reservation Policy
Weekly rates are for a "Saturday to Saturday" stay, and for the maximum parties noted for each house.
Check-in is 3:30 p.m. Saturday -- Check-out is 9:30 a.m. Saturday.
50% of rental amount is due within 10 days of confirmed reservation.
Balance including 7% Maine sales tax and a $300 refundable security deposit is due 30 days prior to the start of reserved week(s).
Each house has a maximum occupancy number to be agreed upon at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, payments will be refunded
if the property can be rented to another party. A $50 administrative fee will be retained for each cancellation.
